    Biography

    Ashoke Kumar Dasgupta has worked in reputed consulting engineering companies, Development Consultants Pvt Ltd (India) and The Kuljian Corporation (USA) at their design offices and construction sites in India, USA, Bangladesh, Middle Eastern countries – Turkey, Saudi Arabia, Syria, Egypt, UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Far east counties – China, Japan, Indonesia and Vietnam since 1974–2019.

    His expertise lies in Structural, Civil and Foundation engineering for Power Plants and Industrial Structures.

    This book is his second publication with Taylor and Francis. The previous book was Design of Industrial Structures: Reinforced Cement Concrete and Steel, published in 2022.
