The landscape of the humanities and sciences is shifting beneath our feet. Old certainties are fading, new challenges are emerging, and the very foundations of our disciplines are being questioned. As a community of scholars, we stand at a pivotal moment, poised on the precipice of both peril and possibility. The International Conference on “Impending Inquisitions in Humanities and Sciences”, gathered in these proceedings, serves as a testament to our shared commitment to navigating this complex terrain. We come together from diverse backgrounds and perspectives, united by a common desire to grapple with the pressing issues of our time and to chart a course for the future of our fields.
