    Biography

    Indrajit Ghosal, PhD, presently serves as an Associate Professor at Poornima University, Jaipur, India, in the Department of Faculty of Computer Science & Engineering. He was awarded FRPM in 2017. He has more than 14 years of experience in teaching. He has published many research papers in international journals and holds three patents. He has presented papers and case studies at many international and national conferences. He is the author of five books and five book chapters. Five PhD and two MPhil scholars have already been awarded their degrees under his supervision. He is a reviewer for journals such as Kybernetes, FIIB Business Review, South Asian Journal of Marketing, Protagonist International Journal of Management and Technology, International Journal on Recent Trends in Business and Tourism, International Journal of Emerging Markets, etc. He has been invited as a keynote speaker, resource person, and chairperson to many universities and colleges. He has edited four books: Paradigm Shift from Marketplace to Market Space; Emerging Technologies: Impact on Business and Economy; Sustainable Strategic Business Infrastructure Development and Contemporary Digital Practices in Industry 5.0;and Marketing Perspectives on Phygitalization (forthcoming from Apple Academic Press). He is a member of many professional societies. Dr. Ghosal earned his master’s in Computer Applications and his BS in Information Technology. He was awarded a PhD in Online Marketing (Management) in 2020.

    is presently working as Assistant Professor in Dr. B. C. Roy Engineering College Academy of Professional Courses.He has five years of academic experience.His core areas of interest are marketing management,data analytics,e-commerce,pharmacy management,medication management,hospital management,public health management,entrepreneurship,total quality management and consumer behavior.He has presented papers at international and national conferences.He has published papers in peer reviewed journals.He has authored three books and has edited one book.He has avid interest in researching health care management and quality management in hospital. Nilanjan Ray, PhD, is currently Associate Professor, Department of Management in hospital.

    Nilanjan Ray, PhD

    is from Kolkata, India, and presently associated as an Associate Professor in the  Department of Management Studies, JIS University, West Bengal,  India. Prior joining to JIS University, Dr. Ray was at the Institute of Leadership Entrepreneurship and Development as Associate Professor and Head of Department with additional responsibility as Director IQAC. Prior to that he was also associated at Adamas University as Associate Professor of Marketing Management and Centre Coordinator for Research in Business Analytics at Adamas University in Department of Management, School of Business and Economics, West Bengal, India. Dr. Ray has obtained a certified Accredited Management Teacher Award from the All India Management Association, New Delhi, India. He has earned the degrees of PhD (Mktg); MCom (Mktg); MBA (Mktg); and STC FMRM (IIT-KGP). He has more than 12 years of teaching and six years of research experience. He has supervised and awarded two doctoral scholars and guided around 56 postgraduate students projects also. Dr. Ray has contributed over 90 research papers in reputed national and international referred, peer-reviewed journals and proceedings and 13 edited research handbooks from Springer, IGI-Global USA, and Apple Academic Publisher CRC Press (A Taylor & Francis Group), USA. He has obtained one patent from Germany and two copyrights from India. He has also associated himself as a reviewer of Tourism Management, Journal of Service Marketing, Journal of Business and Economics, and Research Journal of Business and Management Accounting and as an editorial board member of several referred journals. Dr. Ray has organized several faculty development programs, national and international conferences, and management doctoral colloquiums. Dr. Ray is a life-member of the International Business Studies Academia, fellow member of the Institute of Research Engineers and Doctors Universal Association of Arts and Management Professionals (UAAMP) New York, USA, and Calcutta Management Association (CMA).

    Lalit Kumar Joshi, PhD

    , is presently an Assistant Professor in the Department of Commerce, Kazi Nazrul University, West Bengal, India. He has over 14 years of teaching experience, with 10 years of teaching at the postgraduate level. Before joining Kazi Nazrul University, he worked as a lecturer at The Bhawanipur Education Society College, Kolkata, India. He has published several research articles in reputed national and international journals and presented several research papers at national and international conferences. He has edited several books and has served as an editor of The BESC Journal of Commerce and Management. He has also authored the books Receivables Management: An Empirical Study with reference to Selected Companies in the Indian FMCG Industry and Marketing Management and Human Resource Management (Text and Cases). Dr. Joshi earned his PhD from Vidyasagar University in the area of the Indian steel industry. He is a recipient of gold medals for his outstanding performance on the MCom examinations of the university. His specialization is in banking and finance.
