    Duncan Wardley has 25 years of practical experience helping to transform cultures at large organisations. He is the founder of Emote Consulting Limited, a company that uses the science of positive psychology to unleash the enthusiasm of individual leaders, teams, and organisations in service of their goals. Previously, Duncan was a partner at Heidrick & Struggles and led teams of cultural change specialists at both PwC and KPMG. Duncan lives with his family in Surrey, UK.
