    David E. Drew holds the Joseph B. Platt Chair at the Claremont (CA) Graduate University, USA, and previously served as Dean of the CGU School of Educational Studies.

    Sue S. Feldman is a Professor and Director of Graduate Programs in Health Informatics at the University of Alabama at Birmingham, USA.

    Paul Gray was Professor of Information Science at the Claremont (CA) Graduate University, USA, and was the Founder of the CGU programs in Information Systems.
