I concentrate on experiential teaching translating theory into solutions that work for the recipients of services by sport, sport medicine and applied health professionals. I consult to individuals, leaders and organizations to provide solutions to problems they face hindering their progress to their goals. I research because I am interested in questions others have need for solutions about. I do these things with a strong spirit of curiosity, vigor and fun.

Personal Interests

    I enjoy adventurous activities like mountaineering, hiking mountains and paddle activities.  I keep fit in the chilly Chicago months through strength training and boxing fitness workouts. I also love theater, music, dance, museums, and dining with my family and friends whenever I get the chance.
