Biography
Risto is a Change Management consultant, and Prosci Certified Advanced Instructor, and published author. Over the past 20 years, he has acquired progressive experience shaping and delivering programmes of change for public and private sector organisations in the UK, US, Europe, Russia, South Africa, and Latin America. His practical experience is underpinned by formal education in project management and certifications from globally recognised professional bodies including: Prosci, Association of Change Management Professionals (ACMP), Project Management Institute (PMI), British Computer Society (BCS), and Scrum Alliance, amongst others.Risto holds graduate degrees in Psychology and Project Management and undergraduate degrees in Spanish and International Relations. He was a member of the ACMP Standards Working Group tasked with the development of first global standard for change management, and served as chair of the Credential Governance Committee. He is also a Chartered Membership Assessor for BCS and a Technical Reviewer for the PMI Project Management Journal.
Risto has lived and worked in several countries and has studied a number of languages. He currently resides in Surrey in the United Kingdom.
