Biography
Ajesh Kurien is an expert in Airport Ground operations, author, trainer, and e-learning content developer working with National Aviation Services (Kuwait), the fastest-growing aviation services provider with a presence across regions: the Middle East, Africa, and South Asia. Previously, he worked for Air India Charters (AICL) at Cochin International Airport (CIAL), Qatar Aviation Services (QAS) at Doha International Airport, and Bird Worldwide Flight Services (BWFS) at CIAL Cochin. His qualifications include Master of Tourism Management (MTM), IATA – UFTAA foundation course, IATA train the trainer course and IATA instructional techniques course. Among his expertise are aircraft weight and balance for different aircraft types, Departure Control System (DCS) functions in Amadeus Altea FM and CM for aircraft load control functions, check-in, boarding, arrival, and transfer functions for airport passengers.
