Biography

I am a mission-driven senior executive with a futurist perspective and a history of exceptional performance managing complex international portfolios and incorporating leading edge technologies. My experience with non-profit and government funded organizations in fields such as research, engineering, and manufacturing, gives me a wide range of perspectives and demonstrates versatility and adaptability in applying proven methods. I also have extensive experience in customer relationship management, finance and operations management, process improvements, policy and procedure modernization, and change management. I have published two books for Taylor and Francis Group: Project Management for Research and Development, and Systems Engineering for Projects, and co- authored multiple papers while at the RAND Corporation, many that are still cited regularly. I have a Master of Business Administration and Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from California Lutheran University, and am both a Certified Project Management Professional (PMPĀ®) and an Expert Systems Engineer (INCOSEĀ® ESEP).
